Trauma Doesn’t Define You
EMDR THERAPY FOR ADULTS
Therapy offers a place to better understand those patterns, process what has been carrying too much weight, and create meaningful change.
Healing Rooted In Connection
The ways you've learned to cope, adapt, and protect yourself often make perfect sense in the context of what you've experienced. Through a relational, attachment-focused approach, therapy creates space to better understand those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment.
EMDR sits at the center of this work, helping address the impact trauma can have on both the mind and body. Together, we'll focus on creating meaningful change that feels grounded, sustainable, and connected to the life you want to live.

HOW DOES EMDR WORK?
PTSD & CPTSD Therapy
Sometimes overwhelming experiences don't fully process the way they're supposed to. Instead, they remain stored in the nervous system, showing up as anxiety, emotional triggers, negative beliefs, or a feeling of being pulled back into the past.
EMDR helps your brain and body return to those experiences safely and gradually so they can be processed and integrated rather than continually reactivated. Using bilateral stimulation such as eye movements, tapping, or sound, EMDR supports the brain's natural ability to heal.
